FULFILLMENT CARD AND RFID TAGS PARTITALIA
Once both cards and RFID tags have been customised, Partitalia can add a series of ancillary services, called fulfillment, which include labelling, flow packing, attaching and enveloping.
LABELLING
Labelling is the application of a suitably personalised paper or polypropylene (PPL) label on the surface of a card with the same customisation code.
ATTACHING
This is the automatic application of the card on a ‘carrier’ using a drop of glue or adhesive. The carrier can be either a paperboard presentation panel for gift cards or an A4 sheet of paper. This process allows the card to be enveloped and mailed.
CARD PACKAGING
We also offer a service in which cards are packed in paperboard boxes, which are customised according to your requirements.
FLOW PACKING
Flow packing involves inserting one or more cards and possibly an adhesive label inside a transparent thermoplastic bag. The kit guarantees that the customisation data (barcode) previously printed on the items within (card and label) matches. Flow packing can also be used to package RFID tags (wristbands, key fobs, hard tags and labels). With the high strength of the thermoplastic film, this service provides optimal protection for RFID cards and tags during dispatch, ensuring that the label remains attached to the card and tag during transport.
ENVELOPING
This is the process of mailing RFID cards or tags. For cards that have been customised, printed and automatically attached to the carrier, the sheet is customised with the user’s data, folded and inserted into a stamped envelope. RFID tags can be processed and dispatched the same way.
