Upon completion of the card and RFID tag customisation, at Partitalia we can provide a series of accessory services, known as fulfilment, upon client request.
These services include labelling, flow packing, attaching, cards and RFID tags enveloping, and card packaging.
Labelling is the application of a paper or polypropylene (PPL) label, customised appropriately, onto the surface of a card that shares the same personalisation code.
At Partitalia, we also offer a card packaging service using paperboard boxes, which are customised according to the specific requirements of our clients.

Card flow packing involves inserting one or more cards, potentially along with an adhesive label, inside a transparent thermoplastic material pouch. The kit ensures the matching between the personalisation data present in the barcode – printed beforehand – and the elements contained within the packaging, such as the card and the label.

Flow packing can also be used for packaging RFID tags (wristbands, key fobs, hard tags, and labels).
Thanks to the high resistance of the thermoplastic film material, this service guarantees optimal protection for the cards and RFID tags during shipment, ensuring the label remains linked to the card and tag throughout transport.
The attaching procedure involves the automatic application of the card, using a glue spot or adhesive, onto a “carrier” – meaning a display cardboard for gift cards or an A4 sheet. This process allows the card to be enclosed in an envelope and dispatched.
Enveloping is the process that allows cards and RFID tags to be prepared and dispatched via the postal circuit securely and efficiently.
For cards, following the printing, customisation, and automatic attaching of the card to the carrier, the sheet is itself personalised with the recipient’s details, then folded and inserted into a pre-stamped envelope ready for dispatch.

The same process can also be applied to RFID tags, ensuring precision, automation, and optimised delivery times.

Fulfilment is the set of services that complete the process of preparing the cards or RFID tags for delivery to the client, after their customisation. It can include activities such as labelling, flow pack packaging, attaching, enveloping, and the final packaging of the cards.
The fulfilment service includes several activities that complement the printing and customisation of cards. It starts with labelling, which involves applying customised labels to the cards, leading up to flow pack, which entails packaging them in protective plastic pouches. With attaching, the cards are automatically applied to paperboard carriers or A4 sheets, while enveloping allows for preparation and postal sending, including the printing and folding of documents. Finally, card packaging enables the creation of customised cardboard boxes, ready for distribution.
Yes, it is possible to receive the cards already enclosed in envelopes and shipped to the final recipient through the enveloping service, which includes printing, folding, and insertion into a pre-stamped envelope.
For customised cards, the production and delivery times are 72 working hours from the order confirmation. Specific customisations or special finishes may result in slightly longer lead times, which will be communicated during the quotation phase.
