RFID HARD TAG HT082

The HT082 is an RFID hard tag made from TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), a non-toxic polymer known for its elasticity, flexibility, resistance to oils and abrasion, and impermeability to water and gas. With its unique funnel shape, the HT082 is an animal tag designed for non-metallic surfaces. It consists of a “male” part, measuring 100 x 75 x 13 mm, and a “female” part, with a diameter of 29 mm x 23 mm. These two components are

precisely interlocked and applied to the ear of livestock. The HT082 weighs 16 grams and offers long read distances: up to 6 meters with a fixed reader and up to 3 meters with a handheld device. It’s available in UHF frequency (both European and US standards) with the UCODE 8 chip, and comes in yellow, orange, and blue. Custom numbering can be applied using laser or inkjet technology.

HEALTHCARE

The HT082 boasts an IP68 rating, making it highly resistant to dust, fumes, and water jets. It’s specifically designed for tracking livestock primarily used in the zootechnical industry, such as pigs, cattle, and sheep, allowing for the identification of each individual animal.

The data collected with this tag can also be used to monitor: the animal’s health status, immune status (to prevent the development of inflammatory processes, for example), performance, and the history related to the identified subject.
